Bringing years of experience as a dedicated General Practitioner, Dr Sandy Braiuka now practises exclusively in menopause management, providing specialised consultations for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. She works closely with each patient to deliver high-quality, personalised menopause care, prioritising trust and open communication to ensure the best possible care for all her patients.
Outside of work, Dr Braiuka loves spending time at the park with her wife and dogs, as well as bushwalking with friends on the Bibbulmun Track. She also sings with the Perth Pride Choir and enjoys travelling and exploring new places, cultures, and food.

With a lifelong interest in health and education, Dr Braiuka’s professional experience spans teaching, research, and complementary medicine. Deciding to embark on a career in medicine, she earned her medical degree from the University of Notre Dame Australia. Following this, she completed her General Practice specialist training in Perth. She has since focused her subsequent training on women’s health, completing a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and the Sexual and Reproductive Health Australia (SRHA) National Certificate for Doctors (formerly Family Planning Alliance Australia).
Dr Sandy Braiuka is passionate about the growing field of menopause management and provides thorough, individualised menopause care for women during this challenging stage. She takes a collaborative approach, listening to and supporting women going through menopause as they make informed decisions about their health in the second half of life. In addition, Dr Braiuka is a Fellow of the RACGP and a member of RANZCOG as well as the Australasian Menopause Society.
